As of March 1, 2025, United Property Associates (UPA) officially became the management company for the Church Point HOA. In March, UPA mailed out a welcome letter requesting each homeowner’s email address to improve communication efforts. As of May 2025, we have only received responses from approximately 30% of the community.
To ensure you receive important updates, notices, and community information, we kindly ask that you take a moment to do one of the following:

- Once registered, you’ll have access to association documents, your account history, payment options, and more.
- Fill out and return the Homeowner Information Sheet:
