Architectural and Rules Enforcement Committee

In 1997, the Church Point Homeowners Association created two committees to deal with the creation of the architectural rules and procedures as well as the enforcement of these rules. The Architecture Control Committee and the Rules Enforcement Committee were established through 2 resolutions. Sometime in 2011, the Architecture Control Committee and the Rules Enforcement Committee were merged to create the Architectural and Rules Enforcement Committee as we know it today. A new resolution was not created at that time. On January 22nd, 2024, an updated resolution was agreed by the Church Point Homeowners Association Board of Directors. You can reach the Architectural and Rules Enforcement Committee via email at arec@churchpointonline.com.

Documents

Here are some important documents that every Homeowner in Church Point must view before doing any projects to the exterior of your home.

The Church Point Governing Documents require that any external changes to your house must be reviewed and approved by the HOA Board of Directors before your work can proceed. It is important that these guidelines be followed to assure that there are no misunderstandings about your project. The Architectural Change Application explains the process.
