6:30 pm: Conduct Special Meeting of the Board of Directors to elect Officers
Board members present were Jeff Babb, Mike Reid, and Ron Couture. Association Manager, Bob Garrett was also present along with several owners.
As a result of the election:
- President – Jeffrey Babb
- Vice President – Mike Reid
- Secretary – Brian Kollar
- Treasurer – Ron Couture
- Director at Large – James Hegarty

Items discussed were the formation of the following committees:
- Architectural Committee
- Landscaping Committee
- Communications Committee
- Neighborhood Watch Committee
- Social Committee
It was decided that some of these committees will be absorbed with other committees. Once additional information is gather, management will send out a mailer to recruit individuals to fill these positions.
