Budget Committee


On January 22nd, 2024, The Church Point Homeowners Association Board of Directors established the Budget Committee during their Meeting through a Board Resolution. You can reach the Budget Committee Committee via email at budget@churchpointonline.com.

Responsibilities

  • Review budgets and financial documents from previous years.
  • Evaluate upcoming maintenance expenses.
  • Gather estimates from vendors.
  • Estimate costs of special projects or services for the upcoming year.
  • Calculate HOA annual fees.
  • Assist in reviewing and updating the periodic reserve studies.
  • Assess reserve fund levels and determining how much needs to be set aside.
  • Find ways to cut costs and source funds.
  • Create a budget that effectively balances income and spending.
  • Monitor the HOA’s adherence to the annual budget.
