Our neighbor at 1709 Ware Parish Ct. have been the cutting several trees and leaving the trunks on the common area behind their fence the last 5 days, leaving behind their ladder, during the night and unattended while not working since the 17th of September. Leaving the ladder unattended might pose some danger to people passing by on the pathway and cause potential problem to the HOA. I am also wondering if they received permission from the HOA to cut these the trees on their own. Attached are photos of the trees that have been trimm and the ladder that are left unattended.
