There is a tree with a major break on a large limb on the cut-through to Thoroughgood (near the Thoroughgood House). The limb in cracked and could fall at anytime. The break has been marked with orange paint. Recommend someone take it down.

It is on the path between Church Point and Throughgood (the path eventually turns into Parish Rd in Thoroughgood). I’m not sure if that is the Church Point Homeowners Association or the responsibility of the city of Virginia Beach.
