The Church Point Homeowners Association has an email notification system based on an opt-in/opt-out principle. Home/lot owners can sign up for specific information categories and they will receive emails when the HOA releases that information. Multiple email addresses can be registered for each home/lot allowing family members to be informed individually and have individual notification preferences.

If you have already registered, you can click on the link at the bottom of every email sent to you to change your preferences or completely unsubscribe from all communications. Alternatively, you can fill out the form below again and all information attached to your email address will be updated with the new information.

You also have an option to be included in the future Church Point Homeowners Directory. Once enough members opt-in, this directory will be compiled and regularly updated. Distribution of the directory will only be to those that opt-in.

Note: The information collected through the communication subscription above is only used to inform home/lot owners in the Church Point neighborhood of upcoming events, meetings, newsletters and other notices. The Church Point Homeowners Association will be the sole owner of this information and will not be sharing it with any outside third parties. It is also the Policy of the Church Point Homeowners Association that Board and Committee members as well as the Management Company will not disclose information belonging to, or obtained through affiliation with the Church Point Homeowners Association to any person, including their relatives, friends and business/professional associates. This policy is not intended to prevent disclosure where disclosure is required by law.
