Special Board of Directors Meeting – December 7th, 2023
During the 2023 Annual Homeowners Meeting, a completely new board of directors was elected. To ensure the new board hit the ground running, a special Board of Directors Meeting was held Thursday December 7th, 2023 at 06:30 PM in the former Cellars Restaurant at the Church Point Manor.

The 2023 Annual Membership Meeting was held in accordance with state law and our bylaws.

Turkey Trot Fun Run – November 18th, 2023
Volunteers are organizing a Turkey Trot Fun Run on Saturday, October 18th, 2023 at 9 AM in Mews Park at the Gazebo. A 5k course will be setup all within Church Point.

The Social Committee organized a Fall Fest on Sunday, November 5th, 2023 which was cancelled due to lack of interest.

Costume Parade & Games – October 29th, 2023
The Social Committee organized a Halloween Costume Parade and Picnic on Sunday, October 29th, 2023 at 3 PM in Mews Park at the Gazebo.
