Paying the Homeowners Association Assessments

On November 7th, 2023, all home/lot owners in the Church Point Homeowners Association were advised via a letter (see pages 1 and 2) of changes to the process of electronically paying your assessments. ACH (Automated Clearing House) payments will no longer be managed by the Select Group because the Select Group no longer wants to retain individual bank account information for home/lot owners.

Starting in January 2024, the Select Group moved to new cloud-based software called Enumerate Engage that gives home/lot owners the flexibility to review their accounts and pay their assessments (either directly through the portal or by establishing a reoccurring payment), all from the convenience of your computer or smartphone.

Please note that this new system is run by the Select Group in their role as the management company for the Church Point Homeowners Association. It is fully independent of this website including this website’s reporting mechanisms and opt-in/opt-out communication options.

All Church Point home/lot owners should have received a welcome email from Enumerate Engage. Once you open that email, you will be given steps to establish your profile, a password, and customize your email and mobile notifications. If you did not get that email, please reach out to the Select Group:

Below are four (4) ways in which you can pay your assessments:

  • If you currently mail your assessment payment with a check and a coupon, there is no change.

  • If you currently make your assessment payments directly to Select through the ACH program, you will have to use the First Citizens Bank website to pay your association assessment online. If you were using the CIT website to make your payments, there will be no change. CIT is now called First Citizens Bank. You can still make one time or regularly scheduled payments from your checking account using ACH by opening an account with First Citizens Bank. To open an account with First Citizens Bank to pay your assessment fee, do the following.
    • Go to: https://propertypay.firstcitizens.com/.
    • Select Group Management Number is 4555.
    • The Community Identification Number is 0041.
    • The Account Number has not changed.
    • Once an account is opened, you can load a bank routing number and account number or enter them each time you pay your assessment.
    • Please note that First Citizens Bank charges a fee for this service.

  • If you want to make a payment through your Enumerate portal,  please follow the prompts.  However, Enumerate has a processing charge that you must pay to use this service.

  • If you make online payments through your bank’s bill pay program, make sure to provide your bank with the following address to mail your payment. Also, update the payment amount as provided in your budget letter. Make checks payable to:

    Church Point Homeowners Association
    P.O. Box 98165
    Phoenix AZ 85038-0165
Include your address and/or account number.
