On January 22nd, 2024, The Church Point Homeowners Association Board of Directors established the Communications Committee during their Meeting through a Board Resolution. You can reach the Communications Committee via email at communcations@churchpointonline.com.
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain a communications plan and handbook for the Homeowners Association.
- Maintain a website enabling current and future members to access common information.
- Maintain a social media presence (e.g. Facebook, Instagram, YouTube) to announce events and outcomes (with links to HOA website) and to let members communicate with each other.
- Maintain a neighborhood directory where members can opt-in to provide names, email addresses and/or telephone numbers.
- Maintain an opt-in Email/SMS(texting) service to receive alerts, invitations, announcements and meeting minutes.
- Provide a quarterly newsletter via USPS mail to all members.
- Provide adequate and timely signage at both entrances for upcoming events.
- Maintain an email service to unify all official HOA email addresses under the HOA domain (e.g. board@churchpointonline.com).
