Almost a year ago a common area tree fell on and damaged our fence. This predates the churchpointonline reporting process for landscape issues. The tree was removed and taken down by the HOA at the time of the incident. Recently 4 trees that abut our back yard in the common area have been marked for removal. These trees are close to our fence, pool and the house. Until these problem trees are remedied we will not proceed with erecting a new fence. I am making this report to be sure this issue is documented on the current Landscape Committee reporting form. And in the hope of getting these trees removed as soon as possible before we sustain more damage.

In the easement area between Church Point/Bishops Court and Thoroughgood, Bright View didn’t cut the full width of the easement. Leaves were left piled up against fences. It looks like they just did what was easy. Perhaps Bright View believes and the crews think that only 1/2 of the easement is common area . There are white stakes that mark the property line. It looks like the crews need to make at least 2 more passes with the mowers on the slightly banked side towards the Thoroughgood side and one pass along the fences on the Church Point/Bishops Court side. I tried to take pictures, but they really didn’t show the issue. You need to walk or look directly at the issue.

I previously wrote to express concern about the condition of several large trees overhanging our property at 4052 Timber Ridge. A couple of them appear to be failing, judging by the large branches that have fallen in the past 12 months (which have not been removed from the common area). One branch fell against my fence but did no damage. I am advised that a survey group recently looked at some of the trees and marked them for trimming or removal. Nothing is marked behind our house, so I would ask that someone revisit the area–possibly with me in attendance–to take a second look before the work is done. I also think our landscaping service should remove large fallen branches. Thanks for your consideration.

The Thoroughgood Trail behind Bishops Court is only being 1/2 mowed. There are white stakes that mark the property line. I think the Team needs to just make 2 more passes with the mowers on the Thoroughgood side to keep in maintained.

The sprinklers in the common area are soaking our back patio. The sprinkler heads are very close to our property and would like for them to either be pointed a different direction or adjusted.

Common area between 4072 and 4076 Timber Ridge is over grown, grass not cut, dead wood in wax myrtles, and general clean needed. The front near the street is OK and cut by homeowners. The area between the homes fences and area behind their homes has not gad the grass cut in weeks and the bushes need trimming, dead wood removed, etc.

Brightview is inconsistent when cutting areas of the common areas. They will cut one section, skip and area and pick up cutting in a different area.

Entire area at the south bridge crossing needs weeds and small growth removed. The bridge requires major vine removal of poison ivy, Virginia creeper and other growth.

Main Entrance:
1. As you enter, trees on the right need branches removed from the gas lantern and monument so both are visible.
2. Both side require weeding, leaves removed, saplings growing in shrubs removed.
3. Reported by Sarah Chin from Brightview the irrigation system needed repairs. I found no evidence that an inspection was completed.

A medium-sized tree that came down in the wind storms back in November remains on its side in the common area between Timber Ridge Drive and Timber Ridge Court. Not knowing about this form at the time, I emailed the board on April 9 when Nuckols Tree Service was working at my house to inquire if the dead tree could also be removed but I didn’t hear back. Nuckols is the tree service that used to quickly respond to HOA tree issues. It would be nice to have the dead tree finally removed. Thank you.

Four landscape lights that shine on the crape Myrtles down the center island at the main entrance are not working. The landscape lights on the left side of the main entrance as you enter were out. I reset the timer. It appears that it trips during heavy moisture.

The Common Area where the large poplar tree was removed needs to be graded with topsoil and reseeded to repair deep ruts from the heavy equipment used to remove the tree.
The large Leland Cypress trees that had large branches removed for the movement of heavy equipment need to be cut properly to the trunk.

Hi! I am not sure who keeps the Christmas wreaths, but there is one Christmas wreath still up at the main entrance of the neighborhood. It’s on a brick column in between some bushes on the right side when entering the neighborhood (middle column/hard to see). Thanks!

Good afternoon I’m writing to report that the common area behind our home has not been mowed on a consistent schedule. The grass and weeds have been growing quite tall at times making it pretty unusable. Also, there really isn’t much grass at all anymore. It’s mostly all different types of weeds and wondering if some sort of application could be applied to take care of this.

In our easement we have two hackberry trees that need to be looked at by a professional for potential removal. We had two trees removed in our property by a professional and they noticed dead limbs and both hackberry trees smothered in ivy. These trees are in a very bad shape and condition that need immediate attention.
